Freshbooks - $15 - $50 - Monthly - Easier to use - not widely used by accountants - time tracking embedded in service

AND CO - Free to use - very simple - time tracking, invoice, contracts included - amazing customer support embedded in app 

USE:

Quickbooks - if you have many business transactions and want/need to work with an accountant

Freshbooks - if you have many transactions (expenses and income) and do your own taxes

AND CO - If your business is simple enough, you can use AND CO since its free and you'll be up and running fairly quickly. The contracts are a nice feature that legitimizes your business. It keeps tracks of transactions and has a section fro storing receipts.
